“Lakhey” is the most recent release from indie rock band Sundara Karma and is off their debut album “Youth Is Only Ever Fun In Retrospective”. This track is a quirky indie rock song that will go down well with any indie fan and is today’s track of the day.

This Moment

I’ve never been a massive fan of Chase & Status, but I did like their collaboration with Slaves last year. This year they have done something similar, but this time, with Indie rock band Blossoms. “This Moment” is the title of their collaboration and is the Track of the Day.

Are You Looking For Action?

“Are You Looking For Action” by Kasabian is the Track of the Day today and although it’s over 8 minutes long, it’s still a killer track. The music video for this song was shot in one take and broadcast live in association with LadBible. It’s such an amazing video and it’s a marvel that everything went so well for a live performance!

Iron Lights

It’s amazing what you can discover when you don’t pay for Spotify. A lot of small artists buy Spotify ad slots to showcase their music in hope of attracting new fans and Tamu Massif did just that. And I guess it worked! This is his first single off his second EP “Bala”. If you’re into indie then Tamu Massif could be someone you’re interested in checking out.

Everything Now

Fight the Monday Blues with todays Track of the Day – Arcade Fire’s latest release Everything Now. Arcade Fire are a household name in indie music and have returned this year after a couple years hiatus of making music. So far they have released two singles this year;Everything Now and I Give You Power, these both prove that Arcade Fire haven’t lost their touch and could be on to an album as strong as The Suburbs…

I’ve been a massive VANT fanboy since I first heard Parking Lot from the Jack Daniels advert a while back and they still amaze me. After seeing them at Glastonbury this year, VANT are probably one of my favourite bands and they haven’t even released an album yet! PEACE & LOVE is VANT’s latest single and was released today. I believe it’s a commentary on the recent terror attacks across the world and specifically, the Paris attacks. It’s a great single with heartfelt lyrics and well worth a listen.
